Seeking an Office Manager/Expeditor to join our multi award winning interior design firm! We specialize in luxury residential design that relies on attention to detail, client satisfaction, and continued innovation. We have been featured in Coast Magazine, Home and Outdoor Magazine, and many more.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager/Expeditor with high standards to join our passion-driven team! We believe in professionalism, work-life balance, and open collaboration.


  • QuickBooks experience is a MUST (our office currently uses Ivy)
  • Outlook experience a major plus (must be able to manage the CEO’s calendar)
  • Ability to answer phones, manage data entry, maintain office supplies, and interact directly with vendors
  • Manage data entry, reconcile accounts, pay dues, order supplies, input staff hours
  • Can handle direct feedback and not afraid to speak up and contribute ideas.
  • Problem solver, multi-tasker, takes initiative
  • Team player with can-do attitude who can meet high expectations

We are offering:

  • $22/hour
  • 40 hours/week
  • Work-life balance: NO weekends or evenings
